Appreciation for
health is boundless!

We improve the lives we touch through extraordinary care and compassion.

The NP and nurses were so encouraging. They really modeled how much the staff cared about my aunt. I felt at peace knowing my Aunt Jane is sincerely happy there. Thank you so much.

My friend was a resident at Complete Care at Burlington Woods for 5 years. He was well cared for, especially since he was moved to the A-wing. Monica was a great help to him and he appreciated her very much! Thanks to everyone who took care of him over the years.

I would just like to say that we keep bringing my dad back to Complete Care at Burlington Woods for respite because of the outstanding care that dad receives. The nurses and staff are great and attentive! We know dad is always in good hands and wouldn’t dream to take him anywhere else. Dad always enjoys his time spent there and his care is second to none.

Very satisfied with my sister’s care there. The staff, especially in A-Wing. The supervision is attentive and quite caring towards all the patients. They are all friendly and interact very well with families and patients alike. In addition, through this Covid-19 crisis, they have become our heroes. Thank you, to the wonderful team!

My family member has been receiving consistent, safe, loving care for the last 8 months at Complete Care at Burlington Woods. During this global pandemic, the staff at Complete Care at Burlington Woods remain dedicated to the residents, true heroes work her! As a registered nurse myself, I know the challenges of working in a skilled nursing rehabilitation center. The professionalism and sincerity displayed on a daily basis by the nurse manager is both admirable and appreciated. Her and her staff on the A-wing continue to show remarkable skills, compassion and dedication to our loved one who requires around the clock care and supervision. Communication has been above and beyond. Thank you!!

I would like to take the time to thank you for caring for my brother these past two years. Larry, a special thank you for always getting back to me with any concerns I had. I’m thankful for all the zooms we had during the unprecedented pandemic. It was a blessing to be able to hear about our loved ones. I really appreciated the updates and progress reports from the facility when we were not able to visit. Mary, thank you for your understanding and kindness at such a difficult time, when I registered my brother at the facility. Your help with managing the transfer and guiding me through all the paperwork was truly appreciated. To the front desk, thank you for always being helpful as well as cheerful and pleasant. To the staff of  D-Wing and E-Wing, a heartfelt thank you for your dedication and tireless efforts. The kindness you showed my brother while he was under your care did not go unnoticed. To Lisa, John, Tempy, Donna, Beverly and Marvin a special thank you for going above and beyond to care for my brother. He spoke very highly of all of you and I am so thankful for all the kindness you showed him. To Heather from OPTUM, thank you for talking to me when I did not know what to do and guiding me in the right direction. And always looking out for my brother’s best interest. In closing, to each and every one of you who played a part in my brother’s care, thank you.
